But mostly like every country, Tunisians build their houses above ground but you will find underground homes in Mata. Because they prefer underground homes rather than living in modern houses. 2010 Tunisian Revolution

But the final fact I want to share, the most recent major historical events involving Tunisia. That was a Tunisian revolution, which I want to describe in this article.

The Tunisian revolution was an ongoing civil protest that started all the way in December 2010 and it resulted in the resignation of the Tunisian president and also led to the possible dissolution of the constitutional democratic rally which was an authoritarian political party that ruled in the country for well over half a century and historians and analysts will tell you this that the events in Tunisia they are considered to be the spark that set off similar protests and revolutions throughout the Arab world and the movement you probably heard this term was known as the Arab spring and since then Tunisia has made pretty good strides.

When it comes to their governmental structure being a lot more democratic but even though tensions may still be a little bit high due to that event. Tunisia is still an amazingly fascinating and culturally rich country.
